Waters of Scottsburg

The Waters of Scottsburg is a skilled nursing facility located in Southern Indiana.  We are an 80-bed facility that accepts Long Term Care, Inpatient and Outpatient rehab, and dementia patients. At the Waters, our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Programs are dedicated to ensure our patients with a timely return to normal activities of daily life.  We offer personalized rehab and therapy programs to aid in recovery. Our licensed therapists offer the most aggressive advanced therapies to accommodate personal needs.
