Nursing Care: Medicare/Medicaid Certified The Wesley Manor Health Care Center offers short-term rehab services to those who will be returning to their homes, as well as those who require long-term care. We offer skilled nursing care for late-stage Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents. Our multi-faceted team of professionals—rehab therapists, activities staff, social worker and nurses—all help residents achieve their highest possible level of independence. Wesley Manor is a nonprofit, faith-based community that has served seniors for over 50 years. We are a certified Life Plan Community—which means we’re here to serve residents’ changing needs over time; spouses can each receive their own level of care on the same campus. Our long-tenured, caring staff provides a higher quality of service to residents. No entrance fees, deposits or long-term contracts are required.
